McLean Bible started holding it’s third Frontline service in May in Silver Springs and the congregation has already grown to 150 to 200 people. Most of the people filling the church chairs are young adults who come for the worship. The church’s worship style is more MTV than choir. This appeals to young people who associate the older generation with choirs and long sermons. In a community where most of the people are transplants from other parts of the country, there is little connection with their parents church and with no children to tend to the spiritual needs of, most young people in the area don’t attend church. While some critics say that the church is to aggressively trying to convert people, it’s amazing to see a relatively untouched group be reach for the gospel.
