Some manufacturers offer a flimsy warranty, if any at all on their church chairs.  Warranties can range from 2 years to 10 years on some with the responsibility to ship them back and forth to the manufacturer left on your shoulders.  Bertolini is different.  Their top of the line church chairs have a 20 year structural warranty, 10 year foam warranty and 10 year stain warranty on a majority of  their fabrics.  Since Bertolini is the manufacturer as well as the distributor there are no middlemen to deal with in the unlikely event that there is an issue with any of their chairs.  Other distributors insist that you deal directly with the manufacturer with any warranty issues.  This can be difficult when the manufacturer is in China.
